LoopThai uses publicly available video content licensed under Creative Commons (CC) for educational purposes. All video content is carefully selected to ensure compliance with copyright requirements.

• All videos used are marked with a valid Creative Commons license allowing reuse.
• LoopThai does not use YouTube’s API and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.
• Videos are downloaded and securely stored for processing and study within the app only.
• Original ownership and credit remain with the original creators.
• We will honor all valid takedown requests upon notification.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the LoopThai app for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of ownership.

• Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute app-generated content outside personal study use.
• Reverse engineering or extracting app functionality (e.g., AI models, TTS engines) is strictly prohibited.
• User-created repetition sequences are stored locally or on servers for study purposes only.
• Any unauthorized commercial use of the app is not permitted.

This license shall automatically terminate if any of these terms are violated.

LoopThai provides AI-generated sentence segmentation, translation, and text-to-speech (TTS) content for language learning. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee 100% correctness of translations or pronunciations.
• Learning effectiveness varies by user, and results are not guaranteed.
• The service may experience occasional interruptions or bugs.
• We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or removal.

Users are advised to supplement their study with native speakers or verified resources.

By using LoopThai, you agree to the following conduct guidelines:

• Do not upload or input harmful or offensive content.
• Do not misuse or attempt to manipulate AI outputs.
• Respect intellectual property rights of content owners.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
